Serein was created as a platform for musicians to contribute, share and collaborate on ideas together. While the site has been online only a short time, the idea for the site has been in development (mostly inside my head) for quite some time.

In the coming days, weeks, months, years (gasp!), we will strive to bring you music of the utmost quality, whilst serving to promote and give exposure to those who most deserve it (oh, and all for free, of course ;)). In terms of genre, we will likely concentrate on experimental music, electro-acoustic work, and ambient.

Serein is designed, run and maintained by Huw Roberts from a small hut in the South of Wales, UK.
