From the industrial landscapes of South Wales, Dram Rider is inspired by all manner ofvibrating matter. After becoming an accomplished singer, pianist, guitarist and composer at an early age, he turned to the world of electronics, noise and electroacoustics to realise his sonic ambitions. Starting from the principle that all sound, even noise has pitch, he spent three years constructing abstract sound worlds and interactive sound installations. His latest work combines melody and groove with this uncompromising approach to the sonic spectrum.
