Release Notes

Synthematik is thrilled to present the debut maxi-single ALIVE from highly anticipated futurepop / synthpop newcomer ALPHA POINT!
The project grew out of the synthpop/futurepop band Future Positive (line-up: Alexander Gladky aka Rush, Sergey Margasov and Dmitry Sukhov). Under this name they have shared stage with some of the biggest names in the dark electronic scene such as VNV Nation, Covenant and Combichrist. Since the early 2009, Future Positive has been solely operated by Rush and later transformed into ALPHA POINT.
ALPHA POINT‘s sound combines pulsing Futurepop beats and catchy Synthpop melodies with driving Industrial guitars. A must listen for fans of Assemblage 23, Neuroticfish, Mesh, Colony 5, and the like.
ALIVE is the first in the series of teasers prepared to warm you up before an upcoming album. In addition to the title track, a ready-made dark dance-floor filler, the release contains the original version of Things I Do and six amazing remixes from friends and colleagues like Purple Fog Side, the_maaaigs, Personal Space, Black Pimpf, Mezzamo and Technomancer. Don’t waste your time, just go and get it now!
