You must have come across the term "dark web" before. But maybe you didn't understand what it means and the implications it has for a website owner. The word "dark" literally suggests that the website or link is not visible to visitors because the "links" are not visible in search results. For example, when the user types in a search term in Google, Yahoo, MSN, or any other search engine, the results of that search will show only websites that are indexed by the search engine that users are interested in.
