Genetic Trance is a postmodern movement (also functioning as a netlabel) promoting an idea of art as a phenomenon of esthetic cognition. Since that, it emphasises that art itself cannot depend upon absolute formal and qualitative settings and is actually unlimited being a product of consiousness. So, the label do not give any preferences for material being released exercising a case of universal taste.
