23 seconds is an internet publishing house and a netlabel with the aim to present artists and share music, art and other works. It also functions as a collective of artists. It was founded in mid 2005 by Sir H Johan Lundin and is based in Gothenburg, Sweden. The website was formally launched in august 2006.
