Taedium Vitae is a netlabel for emotional and intense audio. The music has a complete disregard for structural integrity or composition. The goal is to honestly explore, expose, and exploit sexuality, violence, depression, suicide, homicide, misanthropy, and fear. The point is to find catharsis in art.

The music presented here is diverse but generally tends to fall into the experimental and noise genres. Some of the tracks could be said to be in the harsh noise, gothic, industrial, power electronics, or dark ambient styles.
