Release Notes

After ‘Temporary Shades Of Gray’ (out on Resting Bell-rb020-2007), Montreal’s electro-minimalist duo zero a m m 0 returns with second Opus ‘sanemusic vol.1’.  Lots of researches and introspections was to be put in this particular release as multi-instrumentists and composers Benoit Panneton and Mathieu Graveline generate ‘state-music’ blending contemporary and modern aesthetics.

‘sanemusic vol.1’ is all about finding its way through fatalistic dichotomy of contemporary life.  From darkness to light, desperation to hope ; the balance between both pole is often thin and ‘sanemusic vol.1’ tries to catch the essence of this subtile dualism.
