Release Notes

Original version of the album, containing two additional tracks, "Apailana And Her Assailants" and "Ravaging Flesh" (also featured on the "Miner's Song" EP released by Treetrunk Records), plus a new cover art.

"Isip" is a science-fiction/space fantasy-themed album, a collection of dark, sci-fi, fantasy and cyberpunkish stories inspired by Star Wars, Mass Effect, Deus Ex: Human Revolution and others. The music you'll find here is a mixture of different genres, progressive structures akin to story-telling and soundtracks, plus a bunch of creepy dark ambient/ritual industrial soundscapes.

"Maritropa" is probably our most complex piece to date. While the name is inspired by SHOGO: Mobile Armor Division, this track is pretty much Fear Factory's Obsolete in a nutshell. It tells a story of a cyber-thief who finally gets caught by futuristic police, a kind of dystopian cyberpunk.
