The tracks in Rise give us an idea of how was the first phase of Dilo as a composer and although Rise is their most IDM facet, he let us very clear that since the beginning his sound palette is so flowed and clean that you almost feel that there is not space to small imperfections.

Leonardo Fernández locally known for his rock incursions in projects like “Los árboles” and Alan Abrahams, known for his syncopations and other musical experiments based on African sounds. Two beings, the first one with the double bass and the second with the programming, meet in an English place, to externalize in this occasion, an enormous separation from their previous efforts, going towards a never explored and more ambient and quieter field, filling their sound with a certain practically inaccessible poetic environment in their music up to now.

With a flawless narrative solvency, in the new Lucrecia ep remains certain traces of their previous effort, and although both of them share some obvious resemblances, she gives more space to the acoustic instruments and leaves aside some elements that she no longer considers indispensable. Lucrecia has never humanized herself this way before, she is less indulgent and more personal. Surprising author music in the best sense of the word.

he second release on BFW from Vladislav Buben is nothing short of wonderful. The hypnotic drones that appear on 'Emblem' are there, but now coupled with fantastic world beats and deep bass lines. In his own words: When winter goes away and spring comes along, on a dark evening, when the sky is ink-blue and the lemon-looking moon shines upon the landscape, the last snow - the final winter trace - starts falling. It covers the ground with a white blanket and the local cat strolling across the yard seems to be swimming in a milk lake. The spring smell seizes one and it becomes clear that the change in the nature and inside of a person is unavoidable. Upcoming release comes all the way from the other side of the atlantic, courtesy of US's Iameb57.An interesting approach was reached on his Filic9 EP that is somewhat being forgotten lately by the most contemporary IDM genres: a sense of melody and emotion being drawn onto detailed glitchy beats. These elements never loose focus throghout the EP, giving some room for experimentation and intricate song structure, from time to time revealing a darker side that's somewhat latent on certain songs and create a nice tension between beauty and creepiness. Going back to the roots of a genre is always difficult, for the approach must be very well thought and also respecting the evolution of the genre in question. Well, both IDM freaks and revivalists, rejoyce! There's enough here to please your senses and intrigue your geek side on how Iameb57 accomplished his detailed morphing programming. Melody patterns are looped and sometimes drowned in reverb, sometimes kept strictly sober resulting in passages of cosmic appearance mixed with minimal robot funk.
The steady beat is the lowest common denominator in this odyssey of 80:s electro pop, disco and techno influences. It is also what keeps your foot tapping. Pulver Stunts is not mainly dance floor material, but there's no need for sitting still in your living room.
This release also features an exclusive remix by Astor Bell's Bubble Shield, bringing his fresh sounds and chopped up vocals into the mix.

Bing Satellites second album proper is a collection of improvised live recordings. This is very ambient: long, drawn out pieces that evolve slowly, creating quite an emotive and evocative sound. Each piece starts as a blank canvas with no preconceived notion of where the music will go. Notes and noises are played from synths, guitar, voice and samples and fed into one or two loops which repeat and layer and decay. These loops can be quite long, so as a performer I can add notes as I see fit, but only have a certain amount of control over what is heard - the rest is serendipity. It's been a moment we posted about it and finally, people involved in this project came to a final and beautiful conclusion. After a year of exporting, months of polishing and weeks of mastering, thanks to Mark Dollin, we finally released kaneel's new album entilted: "Here is a heart so you can remember how much I hate you".
And what would be a better date than the 1st of April to put a finishing touchy touch of sarcasm to kaneel's most ambiguous message ever.
59 minutes of emotions going from joy to sadness, passing by angst and pure anger and even... humble quietness! 59 minutes to be able to realize how much kaneel care about how you care about how he makes music, how you care about how he's a carer, a lover, a loner hater with sweet and delicate intentions in his mind like making you feel ambiguous feeling...

Short wave, the radio spectrum between the A.M. and F.M. broadcast bands which is often over looked by must people. This “magic band” provides means of worldwide communications for many of the world’s governments, hobbyist and foreign broadcasters. In this radio spectrum you can here anything from news from around the world to hobbyist conversing about their local culture. But between the numerous transmissions of foreign broadcasters, utility communications and ham radio operators you will sometimes here the unfamiliar sounds of shortwave oddity stations. These unidentified broadcasters, transmittes their signals of unknown origin to an unknown audience. Some speculate that these stations beam their encrypted messages too individuals who are involved in espionage. Others through hard research postulate that their signals are for more sinister reasons, such as mind control. Some of these stations broadcast an undecipherable string of letters and numbers. Others send out nothing more then just a single letter in Morse code, while others are no more then a pulsating buzzing sound. For what ever their means and ways, they are truly weird and mysterious broadcasts that are found in between the noise of the “magic band”. The weird and mysterious broadcasts have intrigued Richard Sudney (a.k.a. Telegraphy) for many years. So he took it upon his self to share his fascination with the obscure by recording these stations and releasing them on metal-oxide-malfunction.Scanning the shortwave band late at night for hours with a vintage cold war military surplus communications receiver, Telegraphy picks out distant weird sounding stations through the noise. “They’ll pop up anywhere at any time”, he says as his hand turns the tuning knob at a slow but constant speed. “I’ll spend hours upon hours hearing nothing but noise and foreign broadcasters, and then when you thought heard enough of pops and crackles though the earphones for one night, there’s the unmistakable sound of a number station or a unidentified data transmission”. Shoving a small pocket voice recorder in front of the receivers speaker he whispers “This is shortwave radio listening at is finest”. Telegraphy will continue to listen late at night for these weird and wonderful broadcasts. In his dimly lit radio room with pocket recorder in hand, he will bring metal-oxide-malfunction more releases of shortwave oddity recordings in the future.
