Antimon: stefan enjoys all kinds of music, from sublime noise to cheezy muzak. he tries to learn what music is all about by exploring instruments he does not master rather than deducing the correct manner in which to compose. the collaboration with eike has been a rewarding leap forward into music's mysterious realms. instruments: ableton live, cockos reaper, dsi poly evolver key, epiphone bass guitar, music from outer space soundlab, nordmodular g2 klangumsetzer: eike’s main interest in music is the transformation of personal experience into sound and vice versa. his love of trees – in many traditions a symbol of life – has led to a photoseries of tree bark. Da schwingen und tanzen die äußeren Haarsinneszellen im Cortischen Organ; vor und nach dem Hören können übrigens in diesem System Ca2+-Kanal-Strome gemessen werden, die aufgrund ihrer Sensitivitat gegenüber dem L-Typ-Kanal-Agonisten Bay K 8644 und dem L-Typ-Kanal-Antagonisten Nifedipin als L-Typ-Kanale identifiziert werden konnten.

"it was during this campaign that i was christened calamity jane. it was on goosecreek, wyoming where the town of sheridan is now located. captain egan was incommand of the post. we were ordered out to quell an uprising of the indians, andwere out for several days, had numerous skirmishes during which six of the soldierswere killed and several severely wounded. when on returning to the post we wereambushed about a mile and a half from our destination. when fired upon captain eganwas shot. i was riding in advance and on hearing the firing turned in my saddle andsaw the captain reeling in his saddle as though about to fall. i turned my horse andgalloped back with all haste to his side and got there in time to catch him as he wasfalling. i lifted him onto my horse in front of me and succeeded in getting him safelyto the fort. captain egan on recovering, laughingly said: 'i name you calamity jane, the heroine of the plains.' i have borne that name up to the present time..."martha jane cannary burke aka calamity jane died on 1st of august 1903 in the barren land of terry, near deadwood, south dakota.

This is a radical experiment with silence, paranoid micronoises, inspired by the art of espionage. By chance we were able to capture this secret transmission to reveal the truth - someone's always secretly watching you. The musical idea of this work is concentrated in the absolutely imperceptible nuances: sounds brought to you by your imagination are even more important, that the ones actually recorded. Please do remember, you are under the permanent video surveillance.You know Radio 4's song Dance To The Underground? Well, this is the underground, but you can't dance to FSB's music 'cause it's too quiet, minimal, no rhythm... But you can still dance in your mind. The second track from FSB's EP is called Food For Your Fantasy and I think this title connects well with the music, which is more a sound experiment, silent and ultra-microsound, present enough to make you aware of it's existence, crawling sound fighting for it's survival in a very fragile way. They employ samplers, percussion, invented instruments, synthesizers, turntables, tape manipulation, computers and multi-speaker surround-sound systems in a constantly evolving soundscape of sparkling electronics, ambient drones, minimalist techno, and cinematic field recordings. Creating through live performance something both new and recombinant, TV Pow has toured throughout Japan, Europe, and the United States. Most of their studio albums are the montages and re-edits of various live performances and recorded improvisations.Originally, Busking for gas money was put together to be sold at live shows during the tour to raise the money to pay for a gasoline. Of course, it never actually worked out. But that doesn't change the fact that the album is a mind-blowing piece of delicious experimental minimalism, beautiful, well-shaped microwaves and distant field recordings.* Each track is named by the initials of the composer: MH for Michael Hartman, TC for Todd Carter, etc.

Conceived as a sort of demo/showcase recording, Skazka turns out to be a fantastic, wicked mini-album of high concentrated and impulsive music: industrial, abstract ambient, broken idm. Skazka in Russian means «a fairytale»: in the album you will find all sorts of Russian popular tales, dissolved in aggressive and dark music.
Re-released as a part of eponymous full-length album by Entity net-label in 2005:It's not the first time that Entity virtually dwells in the depths of Russia, and with good reason (CD-R, Cisfinitum, anyone?)! This Metro_NM release for instance, of which the first track was originally released on the Top-40.org netlabel, reminds us of the surreal scopes and depth that is seemingly prevalent in their experimental musical subculture.Ingeniously switching between rhythmic, ambient, vocal and abstract passages, the title track is a sublime journey into Vladimir's almost poetic universe. The insane variety in this piece definitely warrants multiple rewarding listening sessions. What follows are emotionally charged, less chaotic, beautifully crafted atmospheres that come very highly recommended as well. Must-hear.

"on_14" was characterized by the electric guitar drone. "Mel" is his next experiment. He produces the music that put rhythm and field recording, a soft drone together in "mel". "Mel" reflects his backgrounds such as IDM or electronica.
