Here is the new experimental project from Elypixa. It would be too pretentious to compare himself to Beethoven, but he has inspired Elypixa. Beethoven continued to write, compose music after becoming deaf. That's where Elypixa had an idea - compose an album without listening to what he does, just taking into account the knowledge of its design software. Elypixa randomly selected sounds and synthesizers... He composed as usual... He finally listened and selected the most representative of Elypixa. About the last three tracks on the album: Elpixa did not listen to these. They are for the listener to discover. When Claude Monet lost his sight, he continued to paint. In a letter to his friend he acknowledged that he was – ”Trusting solely to the labels on the tubes of paint and to the force of habit, to paint.”

Shinobu Nemoto is a sound-artist from Kanagawa, Japan. You might know "Summons of Shining Ruins", his solo-guitar project or "Dark Side of The Audio System ", a tape-loop-experiment. Under his real name Shinobu Nemoto mainly releases guitar-improvisations and field-recordings. He also runs the label "MOUFU-ROKUON" and did collaborations with Brain Grainger, Jason Adams and Danielle Demos."Melting Loop Trip" is a collection of sixteen loops, each loop between six and thirteen minutes long. Each loop is a beautiful analog picture. Very athmospheric, very warm and very, very meditative. You can fall back into a cloudy bed of hushed noises, shimmering melodies and wonderful echo-structures.You can go ahead, pick your favorite loop and listen to it on repeat. Or you can listen to the complete release from track to track. In addition to Shinobu's musical output illustrator Kati Meden created an artwork-concept for the complete release as well as for every single loop based on her colour-alphabet.

First off, what is a "Ionosonde"? Well it's a scientific apparatus that measures the reflectivity of the ionosphere, you know the outer layer of the Earth that protect us humans from harmfully cosmic rays such as X and Gamma rays. So, how do you measure a major urban areas rate of decay? What bench mark do you use, Berlin or maybe Detroit ? Well if your a scientists that wants the most decayed and the most problematic city, it would seem the most logical choice would be Detroit. Taking a walk in downtown Detroit after hours you will see and hear a dieing and decaying metropolis. The few soles that are around are too few to be counted on one hand. Their expressionless faces tells story's of disheartened content of the surroundings. The back alleys behind the empty dance halls which once cultivated Detroit techno, are now only explored by hungry rats. Skyscraper building (that for now are empty) only scrape un-used space. Telegraphy's "Ionosonde" is a 25 minute scientific measurement of a decaying downtown Detroit. Based on three field recordings by Telegraphy. 1: A alley in Downtown Detroit at night. 2: 3am in the middle of town. 3: Cold overcast day on the 4th floor of the abandon Fisher Body Plant.
