This album is about volatile things and moments. Friendships, relationships, life, random situations. It's about the importance of finding yourself, knowing yourself, not losing track of what's important. Getting used to navigate through the acid burns that life flings at you, but also learning to understand others, learning to understand yourself. This album is meant to be listened at home alone at 3 AM. Considering other people don't appreciate loud sounds at 3 AM you might want to use headphones.

Tracks 1 and 2 feature instrument samples by Amir Baghiri and samples from the movie Still Alice.

Track 3 features samples from the series Making a Murderer and the movies Reservoir Dogs, Drunken Master and Zero Theorem.

Tracks 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 feature spoken word passages read from the book The Vegetarian.

Track 9 features samples from the movie Zero Theorem, Curtis Hoard Videogames, The Straight Road and from a random 80s educational video on Missile Guidance Systems.

Tracks 10 and 11 features samples from the series Fargo.

Track 11 features sample from the movie Deadpool.

All other sounds in this album were conjured by Filipe 'ps' Cruz using Jeskola Buzz. Mixed down using Reaper.

This EP features two mixes of a new original from Notch, Descent, and a bonus remix of Listen To The Rhythm. Combining descending bass stabs and deep house grooves, the original mix of Descent breaks down into uplifting, happy piano riffs and rhythmic vocal hits, creating an ecstatic vibe to get those hands up in the air. The rave mix introduces old school stabs and hits, evoking those memories of white gloves and whistles from yesteryear. Blastculture takes control for the remix of Listen To The Rhythm, adding tribal grooves, tech effects and deep bass alongside the mellow synth chords and vocals to create a deep track for some late night action.

The fifth Thuoom full-length, Fokus, is filled with rhythmic songs soaked in IDM influences, and at places the record is the most playful Thuoom has ever been. With these songs Tuomo used a more layered approach than before and more than half of the songs employ sine waves. Furthermore, there are three songs where the beat has been formed by manipulated beatboxing.

Instruments used on this record: acoustic guitar, beatbox, cutlery, garlic, garlic press, glitches, human voice, knives, plates, scissors, sine waves, sparkling water, water bottle.

At the Brainhall synapses twitch with joy to the beat, when Roman Schürch and Andreas Glauser launch their machines. Frequencies are modulated, punctured, tweaked and pitched. In doing so, the tones and textures of the five tracks are kept well in flux by the fixed rhythm scaffolds and repetitive sequences. Due to the analogue origin of Kid Schurke and Brain Hall’s machine music, the overall sound is organic and warm. This is glitch and hop, noise, ambient and improv jam. Sometimes there are subtle references to the electronic music pioneers of the 70s and sometimes memories of ecstatic synth-thunderstorms on dance floors in the early 90s appear as split-second flashbacks. The long tracks leave space for the music to develop and evolve. Quiet parts turn into tight electro funk monsters and beats disappear in an ocean of noise. It's so exciting and inspiring. Indira Chang, born 1987 in Panama-City

A strict Catholic parents characterized her childhood.

A learning group, which she joined during their education, enabled her but the confrontation with religion by strong agnostic atheistic influence.

A newfound sophisticated view drove Indira in 2007 to Europe, where she finally settled down in Vienna and started studying at the Vienna University of Technology in Geodesy and Geoinformatics.

Through her strong interest for music, Chang quickly learned to know many people and took a record distribution, which has been very successful through her leadership.
By emerging vinyl subculture, the distribution became an indispensable interface between artists and labels.

The analog was never quite enough, however, also the all-digital production of music has always been part of her enthusiasm.
In Vienna and by these circumstances, Indira Chang also learned to know “Lalier”, a Swiss singer-songwriter. The idea for a mutual project was born quickly; the connection of the acoustic with the electronic heaviness exited both.

The album “Urban Fakelore” reflects this ambivalence in musical as well as in the cultural sense with respect to her origin and was mainly produced in Vienna.

Incidentally, this song fits both minimalist and “New Industrial” standards– I used only sounds I collected in my South Side apartment years ago, which I then processed and composed. The main sounds are from an old set of windchimes I had– also there are sounds of bedposts and other apartment accouterments. I wanted it to use sounds from the city, to sound like the city.

Our first release of 2017 and the second one on the label by the Russian social anthropologist and ethnomusicologist Sergey Gabbasov and his project Dubrajah is coming your way. You already know his release from 2014 entitled “Enkang”, though which we discovered the artist's ability to fuse a deep digital dub style with organic sounds, traditional African melodies and chants from the people of Maasai, Datooga, Hadza, Pemba and Zanzibar tribes.

The new album entitled "Reprise" uses the same musical recipe, but with different ingredients. It was recorded last year in Russia, Nepal and India and includes 8 new tracks by the Russian artist. By this album Dubrajah delivers his returning to the start and principal point of his researches – to Asia. Using sampled sounds from India, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Mongolia, we are led into a magnificent dub journey through Asia. New sounds and vibrations, new destinations and inspirations!

His work methodology focuses mainly on the capture, extraction,
editing and storage of audio samples from different sources.

Transforms, relentlessly, curtails, beheads and sews sound works
from different backgrounds and authors, providing the glue that comes from analog-digital instruments and audio processors and resulting in a "sound narration" split into parts.

His sound works do not drop below 20 minutes for just such narrative,
where there is a development from defined introduction to epilogue.

Detests the "digital finishing" of sound with a computer. For that reason dirty, gnawing and saturated sounds prevail (but without spoiling the record), thus achieving kind of a sound archeology.

His creative concepts pursues mysticism, the occult, time,
religions, the process that leads to contemplation,
the silence, the pause, the suspension, death and upstarts.

The UK producer Stanley Woodfield, better known under the project-name Red Star Martyrs, has been one of the most active artists since the start of our label. After having released two EPs, “I & I” (2013) and “Time for Tea” (2014) and contributing in the compilation “United as One (2014), there was a silence for nearly 2 years. It has been a constructive silence … and today we are happy to announce his first long player. We have been saving this one for you to be our last release of 2016.

The self-titled digital LP includes 14 brand new tracks of total length of 63 minutes from the producer who has managed to set his own sound-mark on our label. Rootikal vibes with a twist and melodic dubwise sounds with live instruments played mainly by Stanley himself are the key ingredients of his style. Guest appearances by I-Rebel, Don Goliath, Madi Simmons, Tallis, Trinity, Kontent, Squidgy Black and Penti from Senti. Give thanks!

Even though they live on continents around the world from each other and have never even talked, Boson Spin (Stan Magendanz from Brisbane, Australia) and Glenn Sogge (Illinois, USA) have managed to forge a strong collaborative connection. With many dozens of tracks

under their belts -- ambient, experimental, dark ambient, and poetry-inspired challenges like the Naviar Records Haiku and Renku ones -- they have developed a working relationship that fits like a glove even when it goes in unexpected directions.

"Thoughts Becoming (Other) Things" grew out of the beginning tracks from Boson Spin (a series titled "Thoughts Becoming Things' that Sogge (without warning) then embellished. As the series continued, it became like a game of chess. Who was going to be surprised or challenged by the next file crossing the aether?
