Il tema è la memoria, ma intesa come articolazione tra dati "puri" e dimensione emotiva, tra supporti tecnici e vita umana. Le memorie elettroniche personali contengono enormi quantità di informazioni e supportano la memoria relativa alla nostra vita. Ma in che modo influenzano il ricordo? La sua dimensione emotiva viene in qualche modo condizionata o alterata da questi supporti esterni? L'immaginario umano si costruisce su un orizzonte che è quello del proprio spazio e del proprio tempo e anche il ricordo del passato è "filtrato" da questo immaginario attuale e dalle suggestioni estetiche della tecnica. Il paesaggio (urbano) e il senso estetico sono l'uno il prodotto dell'altro. Dunque anche il suono ne risulta contaminato. E il suono "elettronico", più che essere il risultato dell'utilizzo di synth o strumenti non elettro-acustici, è il prodotto di questo immaginario contemporaneo. E' un modo di sentire le cose, oggi.Prima release ufficiale del progetto Molven, evoluzione di "matera electronics", che ha inaugurato le uscite della nostra label nel 2004.Il suono è tra ambient/IDM e classica elettronica "analogica" e si sviluppa seguendo linee e manipolazioni che arrivano a sporcarlo e "decostruirlo". Vari pattern si incastrano tra loro all'interno di un quadro sonoro cupo e dilatato in cui l'impronta "ipnotica" convive con la dimensione melodica.Un paesaggio del futuro o un ritorno a quello originario?

La crescita e la trasformazione del suono è materia da sempre cara a Laverna, e questo lavoro ne è descrizione e bandiera.Basta leggere la presentazione della release per comprenderne la particolarità, una innovativa concettualità sonora che Massimo Liverani, ricercatore musicale e studioso di sperimentazione sonora ha voluto proporre attraverso la nostra label.Il lavoro è concepito per favorire il rilassamento ed il riposo ed è quindi consigliato per l'ascolto possibilmente in cuffia in posizione seduta o sdraiati, è inoltre molto adatto per sedute di musicoterapia o sonoterapia. Il 'principio attivo' e terapeutico è basato sull'uso dei battimenti binaurali. Tali battimenti sono centrati ad una frequenza Theta (4-8 hz). Tali suoni, seppur non udibili, in ambiente binaurale sono percepiti come vibrazioni ed hanno un potere terapeutico rilassante stimolando la corteccia cerebrale. Non essendo particolarmente gradevole il loro suono puro sono mascherati da suoni naturali provenienti sia da ambienti boschivi che marini che, da un punto di vista psicoacustico, risultano anch'essi rilassanti. Tale composizione è inoltre sovrapposta anche da basi musicali composte da 6 musicisti diversi e divise in 6 momenti di circa10 minuti ciascuno:1 Lo spazio - Feat: Sjaak Overgaauw (Belgio)2 L'acqua - Feat: Enrico Coniglio (Italia)3 Il cielo - Feat: Michael Peters (Germania)4 La riva - Feat: Per Boysen (Svezia)5 La città - Feat: Fabio Anile (Italia)6 L'isola - Feat: Massimo Liverani (Italia) Sono inoltre presenti dei suoni percussivi di gongs campionati da Massimo Liverani ed eseguiti dalla musicoterapeuta Helena Dretar. "Odessa Sea" is Oleksandr Gladun's 2nd release on Section 27 as Dunaewsky69, having previously released music on great labels like Shaped Harmonics, Kvitnu and Awkward Silence we are honoured to have him back for another outing that suitably serves as a follow up to his previous title "Detimorya".
Each track a process, starting somewhere and finishing in an entirely different place, it takes the ideas presented in Detimorya and takes them up a notch. Industrial beats reminiscent of the types of work of Coil made interspersed with huge waves of melodic textures create a wonderfully opposing soundtrack to a science fiction movie that has not yet been made.

Lunedì 31 gennaio 2011 è partita Impronta Musicale, iniziativa che si propone di promuovere giovani chitarristi/e diplomandi e/o neodiplomati particolarmente interessati al repertorio contemporaneo. Appena partita già offre elementi di grande qualità.
Lucia D’Errico, aderendo a tale iniziativa, si propone agli appassionati che seguono AlchEmistica, con il quarto capitolo del progetto Guitar Improvisation.
Lucia propone due improvvisazioni realizzati il primo con chitarra elettrica ed il secondo con chitarra classica e MacGuffin.
Un insieme di suoni poco chitarristici e più figli dell’evolversi della tecnologia per l’uomo e per la musica: un immergersi in un universo che lega il ricordo ancestrale amniotico con i suoni tecnologici e futuribili.
Il concetto di tecnologia, di meccanismi, di meccanicità si riflette anche nel secondo brano, suonato con strumenti più classici, ma che incalza con un ritmo ostinato di decostruzione progressiva di una proiezione di una sorta di disco music ancestrale.
Ineccepibile e divertente, intenso ed ispirato: un lavoro maturo, un lampo dell’improvviso..
Anche in questo quarto appuntamento, Guitar Improvisation Project rimarca tratti di innovazione e di suoni fuori dal comune sentire.

Finally we put together the first episode of our series All Slovak Guitar Heroes In The House Vol. 1. This process was long, but the outcome is at least interesting. What is it all about? We asked Slovak guitarists to give us some recordings of their guitar virtuosity. We sent every guitar sample to two producers of electronic music, which finished sounds of guitars into final track. The last track on this album, the orchestral piece 'Die unglaublichen Wanderungen der Thiere', was the first to be composed. 'Flora und Fauna auf Bali' was the second and uses material of this last track for recomposition. 'Sichelklinge wider Willen' rearranges the slow movement of the third piano sonata by Johannes Brahms. 'Harmonisch bin ich kein Genie' rearranges the second movement of Haydn’s string quartet op. 33,5. Finally, the first track 'Ihre unbeantworteten Fragen beantwortet II' is a retrograde inversion of the string quartet setting of 'The Unanswered Question' by Charles Ives arranged for piano four hands.

During the conference, Professor Khabooky appoints a team of tracks who are entrusted to drive the prototype: Short Version and Long Version of Superkhar tune (dance tracks with a Supercar Gattiger anime Italian tune loop) and Just (a dance track with a DnB flavour). After the announcement, Professor Khabooky wishes everybody to have a great party all night long.

Revisiting the days where there were no names for dubstep, grime and other similar sounds, we find Cooptrol, an uruguayan musician who has been moving through different sounds with a particular common element: the power of bass. On this occasion, this element is mediated by sharp keyboards, syncopated rhythms, pounding metal textures and commutated bits, that elegantly denotes a new Latin American sound, stepping away from that cliché of “being latino/being involved in folklore”.Cooptrol is back and his new sound aesthetics sets it aside from the current Latin American sound, happily.
