Story of The Early Days is the first EP from Hoodie Woody Freaky. This is a beginning and the introduction of Hoodie Woody Freaky’s music.
This EP consists of four tracks, "Introbeat", "Rain", "Senyuman" and "Prison and Love", and each song is a reflection on the simple daily life experiences that may be more meaningful if you can do metaphor on them. More specifically, "Rain" stands for the unwanted obstacles, "Senyuman" tells about what we like and want in order to stay fine, while "Prison and Love talks about a dream.

The City Beneath

"The City Beneath" is a longform dark ambient piece inspired by the epic, groundbreaking 1927 science fiction silent film "Metropolis" by German director Fritz Lang. The composition explores the themes presented in the film and in particular, the subterranean city of the oppressed working class. The City Beneath" was composed and recorded in early May of 2010 and released as a CDr on Black Drone: 13 Series on May 13, 2010 (catalog # 13-7) in an edition of 26 copies. By 2011, "The City Beneath" was completely sold out and had gone out of print. The original recording was very slightly tweaked, cleaned up and overall remastered in late July 2011 and re-released on Subterrestrial Netlabel. New front and back covers were created from the original graphic materials.

I can say that if one 'follows a light', then this means that it is dark otherwise one could not see any light. Every thing else probably will not have *light* only that what is reflected when there *is light*. So if one really follows the *light* then there can't be any 'distraction' unless one is not capable to distinguish what is *light* and what only reflects light. If there is a difficulty showing up, then the first thing would be, to question the appearance, to investigate and finding out about the true nature of what you are following and then you can decide and then it will show, if you are really interested to 'follow the light' or this is just an entertainment and 'distraction' among others...

have come to the ability to relate and respond to what ever shows up in my daily life, by being aware and very critical about the many games that are going on in this society and in people who follow all kind of goals. These goals are often or mostly mixed up and are followed parallel with each other, although one would think that they exclude each other, like being on a materialistic level and wanting possessions and worldly properties and on an other level following religious belief systems that deny these materialistic goals. Or one likes to be excited and follows entertainment and then mixing these with spiritual colored entertainment. Or one is pretending to help people in need and at the same time making money with it. So knowing all this and being critical, I can distinguish and make a clear decision in favor of the *light*. [BeiYin]

Ok folks! Summer hole proceeds though we're still moving. So today Jumble is launching a fresh EP by our good mate out of US - Ohsaurus - BTW a head of Grappa Frisbee records.
This time Chris produces a space-rolled electro-hop joint based on classic 80s sci-fi motifs, raw bass, chunky IDM melodies and some kind of bright epic flow. You might say "again", but what's really original here - those toytronic vibes to make everyone moving their fingers along with old-school techniques to make you remember something old-good.

We’re putting this out hoping you will discover or rediscover this dope tape today and help keep it alive. ElecTRONicks has been a part of some amazing projects in recent years (2007-2009) including the famous, “Space Invaders Radio.” He kindly gave us permission to share all the work he did during his, now past, beatmaking days, so we decided to make a small tribute to this man and ill beatmaker by offering, for free, his last mixtape released in 2009.

Neokoln was released in 1999 by the Jerusalem based label "Fact Records".
all the music on the album was written and performed by Ariel Caine.
The music itself was either late for its own time or preceded the dark eighties revival. The use of minimal synths, alienated vocals and hazy use of Hebrew balance themselves with the almost pop like concrete tunes to create some sort of introvert communication.

Here in Sonic Squirrel some tracks are missing due to technical problem.

Biomechanical Audio Control

The good son always returns home. Once again, a delightful FMcontrol release for Crazy-Language, keeping the tradition of his broken-beat style of self-created frequency modulation patches and complex musical structure. What’s different this time around is a certain minimalism felt throghout the songs. There aren’t as many crazy layers as in past releases, working with fewer elements but exploring every single one of them to it’s fullest, resulting in some very interesting cold tunes, sending chills down your spine at every turn. There are recognizable elements of acid techno through some vintage synth lines and drum kits, but the results are definently not what you are thinking. DJ L’Embrouille is a supporter of the netlabel scene for now 6 years.
He ran in the past a netlabel show called ‘Melenick Session’ which was broadcasted in proton radio,
livesets, shouted fm & more.

He broadcasted more the 150 netlabel sets, else & there in the net, some are lost, some are still available
(in mixotic, subflow, sonic walker, foem, op3n, avionix, zimmer, deepindub, midnight, pinksilver, stirsound, miniatura,
pentagonik, offtechno, echosuro, aeronautique, loopzilla, random access, italobusiness, solidalab…).
He played in some festival dedicated to netaudio culture in London, Berlin, Frankfurt & soon Perpignan.

What he likes most is a constant superposition in his set, no way to play a lonely track…

Whilst some of us may spend nights vainly searching for released
material of the two charming artists others joyously abjure their sleep to visit their live shows. Both are accommodated with this new release as commitment rewards the senses. Pola’s and Max’s awareness of this is evinced by three new pieces which allow one to surmise how much authenticity music requires as a media to vie with the night, to escape or to chase it – but decide for yourselves.

Hunting Through The Night
As if to challenge the moon the curtain falls forcefully but cushy to unveil a set of funky organs and a drifty pumping groove. These words will open hearts of all restless minds among us for they are expression of a force with dark and pristine origin. In our inexhaustible thrill of the chase we draw repose from the interlude – yet it only serves the return of an almost obsessive desire for the inexperienced.

Standstill
In a confidingly temptatious manner the warm and mellow soundscape engages with clear, optimistic and uplifting percussions – an interchange that leads light-footedly to the inexorable grounds of probing questions. Hope enters the soundscape accompanied by an interplay of indeterminate
voices only to then vanish through soulfully arranged strings in the audible sand of time.

Strange Time
Fragile, seeking tones open up previously unknown sound and tempo atmospheres. They mingle with an incipient downbeat and merge into a longing and melancholic composition
that provides room for deep and emphatic vocals. A Development towards more mature lyrics and sounds evinces and enables Geschwister Schumann to tread new promising paths that whet our appetite for more.

Get on the floor and follow the call of floating beats and stomping synthline with Cableguys 2004-2007 EP.

The opener "Advanced" is a dry piece of funky Techhouse. "Song10" comes in two progressive versions. Both flow with the same juicy rhythm but build up very different atmospheres. The last one "Versus" is a real peaktime player. Forward-moving Techno with a suprising expressive leadline. Clubstuff as it should be.

Ghostkid returns to BFW with an EP of funky electronica.
From the sci-fi intro to funky grooves and grainy electronics.

Ghostkid is Donny Jankowski, a Milwaukee-based producer and musician.
First influenced by psychedelic and blues guitar, Donny cut his early instrumentals on an old two-track cassette recorder he found in his parents' basement.
Progressing as a musician, it wasn't long before he began migrating towards electronic music production. Pulling influences from lo-fi, IDM, dub, and psychedelia, Ghostkid currently loves balancing an organic and melodic feel over a crunchy, beat-heavy backdrop and spacious atmosphere.
Ghostkid albums never sound completely alike, but multi-layered sound and a bit of sci-fi always hold his style together.
(Spooky Child is just one of many side projects).
